Motorists assume that roads were built for them alone, pedestrians want to Reclaim the Streets, and cyclists believe they have a Gaia given right to ride anywhere they please. Official signs and symbols instruct them all on how to behave on the pavement. But there are feral signs as well, made by protest groups – or by individuals who feel the need to assert themselves.
